Ana María Rincón

Ms. Rincón is a manager for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Bogota, Colombia. She has a degree in Finance and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and holds a Masters degree in Corporate Finance from The College of Higher Education in Business Administration. Her experience includes working at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in Colombia. Over the course of her career, Ms. Rincón has developed a keen understanding of the economic landscape within various jurisdictions, including knowledge of transfer pricing legislation in Brazil, Colombia, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Ecuador. She has been involved with transfer pricing documentation, facilitation of planning studies, and coordination of policy implementation for multinationals located in various countries. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
