Mrs. Zuluaga is a manager for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Bogotá, Colombia. Before joining BaseFirma, she worked for 8 years at PwC Colombia. While at PwC, Carolina helped set up PwC’s transfer pricing department in Chile. Carolina has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She completed the “Tax Regime in Colombia” course at Universidad Pontificia Javeriana and participated in the 6th Latin American Conference on Transfer Pricing.

Carolina is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance at Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA). She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Mr. Ramirez is a manager for our international transfer pricing group based in Bogota, Colombia. He studied Business Administration at the Javeriana University; and has a diploma in market operations from University College of Management Studies CESA. Mr. Ramirez worked at Deloitte in transfer pricing for four years prior to joining BaseFirma. Before working as a consultant in transfer pricing, he worked as a financial consultant in the securities and capital markets, analyzing international funds and creating investment portfolios. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.
