Ivo Santamaria

Mr. Santamaria is a Senior Manager for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Miami, Florida. Ivo has 15 years experience in technical transfer pricing analysis, including the creation of operational transfer pricing models. Before joining BaseFirma’s Miami team, Ivo spent one year at BaseFirma’s office in Madrid and worked for seven years as a senior manager for BaseFirma’s Venezuelan office. He has specialized knowledge of Venezuelan tax legislation, as well as, extensive knowledge regarding North American and European markets and tax legislation.
Ivo has managed and coordinated global documentation projects for multinationals located in Latin America, the US, and Europe. He currently provides consultation and documentation assistance for large and medium sized companies located in Europe, the US, the Asia-Pacific region, Canada, and various Latin American countries. Mr. Santamaria has broad experience in market analysis and has been involved in the production of transfer pricing studies for companies operating in numerous industries since 2002.
Mr. Santamaria studied industrial engineering at the Politécnico di Milano University in Italy and graduated with a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian
