Before joining BaseFirma, she was a transfer pricing manager at PwC Miami. She is a professional in Finance and International Affairs with a special emphasis in corporate finance, capital markets, development and analysis of business plans, strategic planning, value chain analysis, and processes related to International Affairs and International Trade.
Ms. Amaya holds an MBA from Florida International University and has 10 years of experience coordinating transfer pricing projects throughout Latin America.
