Ms. Canessa is manager of BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Lima, Peru. She began her transfer pricing career in 2013, at EY Peru. At EY, Ms. Canessa was a regional project coordinator, with a special focus on entities in the retail sector. She has a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and has a diploma in Corporate Finance from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), as well as a diploma in Taxation from the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT). She also graduated with a technical degree in International Trade, which she studied in Spanish and German.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
