Sandra Amaya is a Partner for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Miami Florida.  Ms. Amaya has over a decade of international tax and transfer pricing experience. Before joining BaseFirma, she was a transfer pricing manager at PwC Miami. She has a background in finance and international affairs, with a special emphasis in corporate finance, capital markets, development and analysis of business plans, strategic planning, value chain analysis and processes related to international affairs and international trade. Ms. Amaya has an MBA from Florida International University and has 10 years of experience coordinating transfer pricing projects globally.
