Mr. Mora is a director for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Colombia. Mr. Mora joined BaseFirma Colombia in 2008 but left in 2010 to work for KPMG Barcelona. He then returned to Colombia, working for KPMG  in Bogotá until he rejoined BaseFirma Colombia in 2020.  Mr. Mora has helped large multinational groups in transfer pricing studies, pricing policies documentation, value chain transformation processes, and legal defense. Mr. Mora has an Economics and Business Administration degree from The Universidad de Los Andes. He has a master’s degree in finance and international Trade from the University of Barcelona. He has a diploma in taxation from the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT) and a diploma in Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate transactions from The Universidad de Los Andes.
