Mr. Simoes is a Country Manager for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in São Paulo, Brazil.  Mr. Simoes began his transfer pricing career in 2010 as a senior tax analyst at Zurich Seguros in São Paulo and became a senior consultant at EY Brazil.  He has professional experience providing transfer pricing advice to top multinational companies in various industry sectors. Mr. Simoes has experience in supporting audit reports, identifying areas for improvement in customer activities, preparing calculations, analyzing the practices adopted by customers, intercompany charges report to attend OECD Rules, process improvement and implementation of Transfer Pricing Policy, Tax Planning and Tax Modeling. Mr. Simoes has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and has a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in Brazil. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.
