Ms. Rincón is a senior manager for BaseFirma’s International Transfer Pricing Group in Houston, Texas.  Ms. Rincón joined BaseFirma in 2010 and has 10+ years of experience in transfer pricing consultation with both BaseFirma Colombia and BaseFirma Miami offices.  Her previous experience includes working at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in Colombia.  Over the course of her career, Ms. Rincón has developed a keen understanding of the economic landscape in Central America, including knowledge of transfer pricing legislations in Brazil, Colombia, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Ecuador.  She has been involved with transfer pricing documentation, planning studies, and policy implementation for multinational companies located in various Latin American jurisdictions.  Ms. Rincon has a degree in Finance and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance.  She is fluent in Spanish and English and has an intermediate knowledge of French.
